What is Expected of You (Responsibilities)​

You will be the creative execution force on the ground in Guyana, working directly under the guidance of the Agency Director.

Your primary tasks will include:

  • On-Site Field Production: Driving to assigned client locations across Guyana to batch-shoot high-quality social media content.

  • Direction Execution: Capturing clean A-Roll (interviews/talking-head footage using our teleprompter setup) and aesthetic, high-energy B-Roll (lifestyle, detail, and brand context shots).

  • Commercial Photography: Snapping crisp, professional still photos during shoots to feed our graphic design pipeline.

  • Post-Production Mastery: Editing raw 4K footage into polished, high-engagement, vertical short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) using clean pacing, trending audio, and crisp audio syncing.

  • Cloud Logistics: Organizing, backing up, and uploading raw files and final edits to the agency’s designated shared cloud folder.

Workload & Time Commitment​

  • The Hours: This is a highly efficient, part-time subcontractor role requiring roughly 10 to 15 hours per week (approximately 40 to 60 hours per month) to shoot and edit the guaranteed content volume.

  • The On-Field Schedule (Minimum 5 Days/Month): You will likely be scheduled to batch-shoot one client per day. Each on-site session takes roughly 2.5 to 3 hours to capture the required monthly content.

  • Post-Production (Remote): Once the shoot is wrapped, the remaining editing hours are entirely remote. You manage your own editing calendar from home, as long as the monthly content deadlines are met.

  • Availability Baseline: All field production takes place during standard corporate business hours (Monday–Friday). You must have a flexible weekday morning schedule to accommodate these client sessions when energy and lighting are at their best.

What is Required (Mandatory Qualifications)

To keep our agency standard elite, you must meet the following non-negotiable criteria:​

  • Brand Ambassador Professionalism: You will be the face of the agency on-site with our clients. You must possess excellent communication skills, dress appropriately for business environments, and conduct yourself with the utmost respect, manners, and integrity at all times.

  • Reliable Transport: A valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle to get to and from client locations punctually (being on time is our baseline for respect).

  • Heavy-Duty Hardware & Connectivity: Ownership of a laptop/editing workstation fully capable of smoothly handling 4K video files, alongside a stable Fiber Internet connection at home for daily cloud uploads. We will provide other equipment such as the camera, mic, lighting setup, prompter, etc.

  • The "Eye" & Coachability: You don't need a massive corporate portfolio, but you must demonstrate an "eye" for clean visual framing and a high willingness to learn. You must be receptive to creative feedback and quick to adapt to our agency's style guides.

  • Independent Execution (Self-Governance): The maturity and discipline to follow a structured shot list, manage your own shooting schedule, and hit deadlines without a manager needing to micromanage you.

  • Clear Background: Must be able to provide a valid, recent Police Certificate of Character (Police Clearance) prior to the final contract signing.
